Your registration fee includes expert presentation, a comprehensive workbook, meals and refreshments during the breaks and an attendance certificate.
a) Payment can be made by credit card through our website www.ccintl.com.au at the time of registration.
b) Alternatively, registrants can be issued with an invoice from our website at the time of registration. This invoice is payable on 14-day terms or one day prior to course commencement whichever occurs first.
If you are unable to attend or wish to transfer to another course, written notice is required prior to course commencement as follows:
a) Transfers from person to person
i. If you provide more than 2 weeks’ notice it will not attract any additional fee.
ii. If you provide less than 2 weeks’ notice it will attract an additional transfer fee of 10% of the course fee.
b) Transfers between courses
i. If you provide more than 4 weeks’ notice it will not attract any additional fee.
ii. If you provide less than 4 weeks’ notice it will attract an additional transfer fee of 10% of the course fee.
i. For cancellations received 4 or more weeks before the course commencement a credit or a refund will apply.
ii. For cancellations received 2-4 weeks before course the commencement date a credit or refund less 10% of the course fee will apply.
iii. For cancellations received less than 2 weeks before course commencement, no credit or refund will apply.
iv. We reserve the right to cancel a course anytime.
v. Should we cancel a course, you will be offered a free transfer or a full refund of the course fee.
a) This Agreement and any disputes arising out of it are governed by Queensland Law.
b) The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
a) We retain intellectual property rights (including copyright) in all our training material (including course workbooks and PowerPoint slides).
b) You are granted a license to use the training material only for the purpose of use during delivery of the training and for follow-up reference.
c) Our training material is not to be used or reused for any other purpose, nor may extracts or quotations be made from this material without our express written approval.
Should you or your organisation raise a purchase order (or equivalent document), and that purchase order have applicable terms and conditions attached, your purchase orders’ terms and conditions will form part of this agreement except to the extent they contradict this agreement, in which case the terms and conditions of this agreement shall take precedence.
