About Us

Contract Control International Pty Ltd (CCI) was formed in 1989 with the specific purpose of providing specialist consulting and training services to both private and public sector clients in Australia and overseas. 

CCI provides training and consulting services in the formation, management and finalisation of construction and services contracts to:

All Consultants have formal qualifications in Engineering or related disciplines and some have additional qualifications in Commerce and Law. Each consultant has extensive practical experience in their respective industry and appreciates the importance of providing practical commercial solutions for clients. The team has a broad depth of knowledge and experience which are matched to a client’s specific needs, supported as necessary by our technical and clerical staff.

CCI assists its clients to enhance the knowledge of their personnel through staff training. CCI has conducted many training programs and seminars for its clients to and various industry organisations. All CCI courses can be customised by combining modules, utilising your organisation’s contract conditions, addressing specific problems or developing a course “from scratch” that meets your specific needs.
